  • Underwriting team will review and market with all major carriers for maximum savings.
  • Provide detailed analysis on all lines of coverages to determine the best options available.
  • Provide alternative funding strategies (if available and requested).

New Business Implementation and Enrollment Support Including:

  • Summaries and SBCs reviewed for accuracy.
  • Carrier enrollment material preparation (electronic and/or shipped).
  • Plan contribution analysis and modeling.
  • Prepare customized employee communications (Plan Election forms and Benefit Overview guide).
  • Conduct enrollment/educational meetings (in person and/or via WebEx).
  • Prepare and process new business. All documents/forms are reviewed for accuracy and submitted for timely implementation.
  • Manage implementation through install, obtain ID numbers and approval letter.

Dedicated Account Executives and Account Management Teams for Year Round Customer Support:

  • Assist with new hires enrollments, changes and terminations.
  • Request carrier ID numbers and/or ID cards.
  • Claims advocacy & dispute resolution.
  • Billing reconciliation.
  • ACA and ERISA Compliance.

Pre-Renewal and Claims Utilization Analysis (if applicable and requested):

  • Mid-Year claims utilization review to examine trends and provide insight on plan performance.
  • Focus on potential benefit plan changes and/or program enhancements for the upcoming renewal.
  • Provide strategic actions directed at improving the quality and affordability of the health plan.
